Top Shops Awards Ceremony
Join us on November 11th immediately following the day's final session, as we gather in the Great Hall of the NASCAR Hall of Fame. We'll be there to officially welcome our 2025 Top Shops Honorees into the prestigious Top Shops "Hall of Fame."
This special evening includes a buffet dinner and a champagne toast, offering a fantastic chance to celebrate their accomplishments and connect with other leaders in the industry.

Join us right after the Awards Ceremony for an exciting evening of games and networking, taking place from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM! How do I receive my badge and conference materials?Badges can be picked up the following days: Monday, November 10th: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Embassy Suites Hotel Lobby. Tuesday, November 11th & Wednesday, November 12th: Starting at 8:00 AM in the Main Lobby of the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Do I Have to Take the Top Shops Survey to Attend?No, you are not required to take the Top Shops survey to attend the Top Shops Expo. However, if you'd like your shop to be considered for Top Shop honors, you should consider completing it and submitting your data to the Gardner Intelligence team. How do I modify my registration details after registering?You can edit your contact information, add tours, and print receipts via the Registration Resource Center. To access the RRC you will need to know the email address and badge number – found on the confirmation email. If you have any issues, please contact Beth Ascue.

What is the cancellation policy?Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. - Full refunds will be given if received by October 3, 2025. - Half-refunds will be given if received between October 4th, 2025 & October 17, 2025. - Cancellations after October 17, 2025, are non-refundable. We encourage personnel substitutions to avoid cancellation fees. Please contact Beth Ascue to request a substitution or refund.
