The Top Shops Conference 2025 is rolling into the NASCAR Hall of Fame! This legendary, high-tech venue is the ideal fit for our tradition of recognizing best-in-class machine shops and arming them with tools to accelerate production. Join us for an engaging experience encompassing all sessions, exhibits, and receptions.

Conveniently located in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. The NASCAR Hall of Fame is 7 to 8 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.​

Dietary Restrictions
Your safety and comfort are important to us. If you have dietary restrictions, please be sure to inform our team at the registration desk when you pick up your badge.

Badge Pickup
Early registration check-in and badge pick-up will be available starting on Monday, November 10th, at 11:00 AM in the lobby of the Embassy Suites. We highly encourage attendees to take advantage of this early opportunity to avoid lines the next morning.
Registration will continue on Tuesday, November 11th, starting at 8:00 AM. On the main conference day, you will check in at the NASCAR Hall of Fame itself. The registration area will be located on the Second Floor, just inside the Visitor Entrance.

Top Shops Awards Ceremony

Join us on November 11th, immediately following the day's final session, in the Great Hall of the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

We'll take a moment to officially welcome our 2025 Top Shops Honorees into the prestigious Top Shops "Hall of Fame." This special ceremony recognizes these elite shops for their commitment to benchmarking excellence.

This short ceremony is the perfect transition before the networking reception begins!
Networking Reception
Get ready to unwind! Immediately following the Awards Ceremony (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM), join us for an evening of networking and competition.
The reception includes a NASCAR Themed Buffet Dinner, a unique Moonshine Tasting and Ice Cream Parlor (Hall of Honors, 3rd Floor), full access to all interactive exhibits, and fun challenges where you can win cash prizes!
The Pit Crew Challenge:
Grab two teammates and go head-to-head! Race the clock to execute a perfect pit stop— jacking up the car and changing a tire with a real airgun.

The fastest team of three wins $100
per person!!


Get Behind the Wheel:
Jump behind the wheel of a replica NASCAR stock car! This is your chance to take a few hot laps and push the limits on a simulated track.

Conference Proceedings
The Top Shops 2025 proceedings will be made available to all registered attendees approximately 2 weeks after our event. You will receive a link to a password-protected page on the Top Shops website, where you will be able to access all the presentations in a PDF format. If you have any questions for the speakers, their email addresses will be available for you as well.
