A unique Top Shops Conference benefit is the opportunity to learn from and consult first-hand with current and past Top Shops Honorees in panel discussions, moderated roundtables and networking events. 
 
Each year, four stand out shops are recognized in our Honors Program, one shop for each category that the survey covers: Machining Technology, Shopfloor Processes & Practices, Business Strategies & Performance, and Human Resources.

These shops are vetted by Editor in Chief, Brent Donaldson, profiled in Modern Machine Shop and participate as panelists at the Top Shops Conference.
